We now have a quicker and easier way to purchase returns labels through our dedicated EVRi portal. View and purchase your returns label.
You may wish to check where your nearest EVRi drop-off point is before ordering any labels. We still accept parcels from other carriers to our returns address:
Customer Services, Emma Bridgewater 50 Whittle Road, Meir Point, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire ST3 7TU.
Ordering an EVRi label will mean your parcel will ship directly back to the above address. Simply click on Return my item(s) and have your order number ready. Complete the required fields in the form and ensure you have given the correct number of parcels you wish to return.
These labels are for returns from the UK mainland only.
